The CreativitySafe project was born from the meeting of experts from different sectors, fascinated by the disruptive potential of the Blockchain Economics and finance, consulting and the legal profession, advertising and communication, these are the areas from which the know-how of CreativitySafe professionals arrives, all dedicated to creating a digital ecosystem for the protection of intellectual property.
We know that experiments cannot be performed on the customers' skin, therefore we propose an innovative service that meets the best practices in the field of intellectual property protection. CreativitySafe is comfortable and extremely simple to use. Founder of CreativitySafe, Massimo is the senior partner and co-founder of Maschietto Maggiore Besseghini law firm based in Milan (www.mmlex.it). Graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Milan, Massimo is adjunct professor of marketing law and lecturer at the LL.M in Law of internet technology at the Bocconi University of Milan. Right from the start of his career, he assisted his clients in intellectual property and information technology, with specific regard to the protection of copyright in the audiovisual and musical field. More recently, he focused on the digital industry in all its possible legal implications, from data protection to consumer law, from antitrust-related matters up to the challenges of copyright protection in the digital arena. He is the author of several publications and, most recently, of the chapter on copyright protection for computer-generated works in the collective book “Non-Conventional Copyright” for Edward Elgar publishing.
Always passionate about new technologies, he got involved in the applications of the blockchain technology and joined enthusiastically CreativitySafe as a founding member. A graduate from Bocconi University, he gained the Program Specialization in Finance from the London Business School and then moved on to the Asset Management industry where he began a career that led him to become Investment Manager of Eurizon Capital S.A. and to hold top positions in some of the companies part to the Intesa Sanpaolo group. He also holds the position of lecturer at LIUC Castellanza University. As accomplished sportsman, he loves endurance sports. He managed to qualify for the Ironman World Championships, but he gave up running for Luxembourg, where he has been living for 15 years, for the love of his home country.
Marco contributed to the development of the CreativitySafe platform right from the start and now he guides its development from a legal perspective. He graduated in Law from the Catholic University of Milan in 2009. He gained a LL.M. in Media Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2015. Marco has a long experience in protecting consciously and strategically industrial and intellectual property rights both from the contractual point of view and in court. Due to his deep passion for cinematography, he is particularly sensitive to the issues concerning the audiovisual industry.
Founder of CreativitySafe, Marcello is an economist, polymath with a passion for programming and civic engagement in his blood. He has been one of the pioneers of the mathematical approach to quantitative finance with several publications and quotations in the main international publications of this sector. He graduated in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University, and obtained his MSc and MPhil in Economics from the London School of Economics. He has held top positions in some of Italy’s leading financial institutions and teaches International Financial Markets at the LIUC Univestity in Castellanza. In 2016, he acted as economic advisor to Palazzo Chigi providing his services to the country for free.
He has always worked in the digital communication and new media world ever since University: degree in “Marketing & Communication” and Master in “Digital Media” at the IED in Milan. As Digital Project manager for the agency VML he was responsible for clients such as: Acer, Costa Crociere and Bosch. In the meantime, however, his passion for personal entrepreneurship grew and, in 2013, he launched his first startup: Openmondo. In March 2018, after 5 years as CEO & Co-Founder, he sold the company to a Spanish acceleration program and Matteo focused on new professional and entrepreneurial challenges related to the world of blockchain. In 2019, he joined the CreativitySafe project, as responsible for marketing and communication strategy.
For over 10 years, he developed and customised software for companies. He started his career in the web sector of an advertising agency, developing websites and software. Subsequently, he served as team manager for Flos Spa for delivering and developing customized software. In 2013, he decided to take on the challenge of a new StartUp, becoming the CTO of Openmondo: an experience that would last 5 years and would give him the opportunity to learn new programming languages. From 2017, following the exit of the startup which he worked full-time for, he focused on blockchain projects and in 2019 he decided to embrace the CreativitySafe project, becoming the CTO of the company.
Graduated in Law from the University of Milan, Lara has been working at Maschietto Maggiore Besseghini law firm since 2018, where she embraced the CreativitySafe project. Lara mainly deals with intellectual property and information technology, advertising and consumers law, personal data protection and third sector, with a particular focus on digital platforms and blockchain technology.
